The Inter Academy Adelaide delivered a memorable and highly engaging week of football development, combining world-class methodology with a fun, inclusive environment for all players involved.
Across the week, participants were carefully grouped according to their age, ensuring that every player trained at an appropriate level while still being challenged. Each session was built around a game-sense approach, allowing players to develop their skills in realistic match situations rather than isolated drills. He was supported by coaches from the Adelaide Blue Eagles, who worked under his expert tutelage to deliver each session.

The methodologies and drills used throughout the week were the same as those implemented by Inter in their youth development system in Milan, as well as across their global network of academies. This gave players a genuine insight into professional European training standards and expectations.

The positive atmosphere was helped in no small part by the weather, which was kind to us all week—delivering beautiful autumn conditions in the mid to high 20s, perfect for football.

The Inter Milan coaching philosophy and methodology will now be integrated into the Adelaide Blue Eagles youth development program, ensuring ABE players continue to train in line with international standards.
