Inter Milan has selected Valerio Ringoli as inaugural head coach of Inter Academy Adelaide.

Valerio Ringoli is an experienced coach within the global Inter Academy network of Inter Milan, having been involved with the program since 2014. Born in Legnano, Italy, Ringoli combines professional playing experience with strong academic and coaching credentials.

He holds a Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Università Cattolica in Milan and a UEFA B Coaching Licence issued by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). Before moving into coaching, Ringoli was a professional footballer and spent time in the Inter youth sector, gaining first-hand experience within one of Europe’s most respected development systems.

Since joining Inter Academy, Ringoli has worked extensively across the club’s international projects, delivering Inter’s coaching methodology to players and coaches around the world. His experience includes programs in Saudi Arabia, China, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, the United States, Georgia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.

Through these projects, Ringoli has played an important role in sharing Inter Milan’s development philosophy — a system focused on technical excellence, tactical understanding and the long-term development of young players both on and off the field.

As part of the Inter Academy global coaching team, he continues to support the growth of young footballers and local coaches while promoting the values and traditions of Inter Milan.

Through Inter Academy Adelaide, players and coaches in South Australia will have the opportunity to learn directly from the same methodology used within Inter’s global academy network, connecting local football development with one of the most recognised clubs in world football.
